This exercise will require everything you have to finish. Use a light-to-moderate weight until you have a feel for what you can do. Start in the pushup position, hop to a squat, then clean the weight to your shoulders explosively. Press the weight overhead, squat down and return to pushup position. Repeat 10-12 times.
